Hello District 76 parents...a note from your School Board:
Board members will be available in the lobby to greet you during the evenings of parent teacher conferences this winter at each of our three schools. The School Board would like to meet you and answer any questions you might have. We look forward to seeing you there!
Parent/Teacher Conferences are February 24th and 25th.

Smile Dentist is coming to Diamond Lake School District!

Feb. 17th @ Fairhaven
Feb. 18th @ West Oak
Feb. 23rd @ Diamond Lake School

Smile Dentist will do dental exams/screenings, cleanings, Fluoride treatments and sealants, if needed. They accept insurance and Medicaid or All Kids insurance. If you need assistance, please check that box on their form. They will send you a grant application. Please note that ALL Kindergarten, 2nd and 6th grade students are required by the state to have a dental exam by May 15th, 2010. This is a good opportunity to get the exam done before the deadline!

Please ask your school nurse for the Smile Dentist registration form. The form needs to be return to your school nurse by Jan. 15th, 2010.
